PREDICTOM: using artificial intelligence to screen for dementia

The Memory Centre at Geneva University Hospitals is a partner in a major European project called PREDICTOM. Its aim is to set up a platform for screening for dementia before the first symptoms appear. Thanks to a huge database supplied by the various project partners, the artificial intelligence software integrated into the platform will be able to compare physiological biomarkers (stool, blood, saliva) and digital biomarkers (via software or applications) that participants will be able to collect directly at home or at the Memory Centre.

All research partners who have registered on BHR to take part in the Geneva Memory Centre's research and who meet the project's inclusion criteria will be contacted once the platform is operational. Those wishing to become research partners can register with the Brain Health Registry.
